After verifying account ownership, we will delete or anonymize personal information associated with your account unless retention is reasonably necessary for legal, safety, security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, tax, accounting, dispute resolution, payment processing, or platform compliance purposes.

You may also request deletion of certain personal data without deleting your Go Fetch account.

After verifying account ownership, we will review your request and delete or anonymize the requested data where possible.

Some data may not be deleted if it is needed for active bookings, payment processing, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, safety reviews, cybersecurity investigations, tax or accounting records, legal compliance, or platform compliance.

 

Information We May Retain

We may retain limited records related to payments, payouts, refunds, bookings, disputes, chargebacks, safety incidents, fraud or abuse reports, security logs, audit logs, account enforcement actions, and legal compliance.

If information is retained, we will keep only what is reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it is retained and will delete or anonymize it when it is no longer needed.

 

Active Bookings, Disputes, and Investigations

If your account or requested data is associated with an active booking, unresolved payment issue, dispute, safety issue, fraud review, abuse report, or security investigation, we may delay deletion of certain information until the matter is resolved.
