PetMatch is Go Fetch’s local discovery experience for pet owners. It is designed to help people create pet profiles, discover nearby pets, connect after matching, and make plans through in-app messaging.
How is PetMatch different from booking a service?
PetMatch supports peer connections between pet owners. Go Fetch services are paid bookings with local providers. Both experiences use the same pet profile and communication foundation, but they serve different needs.
Which paid service will launch first?
Dog walking is planned as the first paid service. Pet sitting, boarding, daycare, grooming, training, transport, and other categories can be introduced as provider coverage grows.
How does live tracking work?
For supported services, the customer can view service progress within Go Fetch. Before launch, the website should clearly explain when tracking begins, who can view it, and how service-location data is handled.
Can I offer pet services through Go Fetch?
Yes. Providers will be able to create a profile, set up eligible services, define where and when they work, manage requests, and complete payout onboarding.
